Kastari Izabella Star Nunez, a four-year-old girl of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on April 20, 2020, in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. She was affectionately known as "Stari" and was remembered for her joyful and adventurous spirit. Kastari was born on June 8, 2015, and was the beloved daughter of Al-Hakim Nunez Jr. and Iris Rodriguez.
