In the late afternoon of March 29, 2020, a grim discovery was made on the 4700 block of Paschall Avenue in Philadelphia. Responding to a call at approximately 4:24 p.m., police officers found 22-year-old Jhaquil Aguilar, a Black male, inside a gray 2019 Hyundai Elantra. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was in critical condition.
