Jose Arenas Jr., a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot in Erie, Pennsylvania, on the evening of Friday, November 8, 2019. The incident occurred in a west Erie neighborhood where Arenas was reportedly loading tires into a vehicle. His death was officially ruled a homicide.
