Steve Lomax, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot in the chest while a 38-year-old female, also a victim in the incident, suffered a gunshot wound to the face. Both victims were transported to Temple University Hospital, where Steve succumbed to his injuries that evening.
