On July 27, 2019, Tareef Del Tae McClellan, a 22-year-old black male from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, was found shot and killed inside a detached garage on Versailles Avenue. The homeowner, who discovered the body, had called paramedics earlier that day due to experiencing shortness of breath and mentioned the presence of a dead body in the garage.
