Niesha Cooper, a 34-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on August 8, 2018. She was one of six people shot in a drive-by shooting incident on Huntingdon Street in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 9:51 p.m., when a gray or silver van drove west on Huntingdon Avenue and then south on North 12th Street, with unknown individuals firing an assault rifle at pedestrians in the area.
