Kathryn Berry, a 42-year-old Black female, was tragically killed on the evening of Saturday, September 27, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at approximately 8:32 p.m. as she was walking her dog on the 3200 block of Morse Street, near Fairmount Park in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.
