In the early morning hours of November 5, 2016, a promising young life was tragically cut short in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Ibrahim Bah, a 21-year-old Black male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 2000 block of East Clair Street. The quiet neighborhood was shattered by the violence that had just unfolded, leaving a community in shock and a family to grieve an immeasurable loss.
