On a cold January evening in 2016, the life of 17-year-old Raymond O'Neal was cut short by gunfire in the Pittsburgh suburb of Penn Hills. The male teenager, who was also known as 'Tank' and had described himself on social media as an 'upcoming artist,' was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the sidewalk of Upland Terrace on Tuesday, January 19th.
