Ramon Charles Anderson, affectionately known as "Razor," was a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, Pennsylvania. On January 1, 2015, Ramon tragically lost his life in a violent incident that marked the beginning of a tumultuous year for Chester. He was found lying in the yard of a home on Culhane Street, having been shot multiple times. Despite immediate medical attention, Ramon was pronounced dead at the scene.
