Russell Wayne Paris Sr., a 61-year-old African American man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically passed away on November 30, 2020. He was known for his good cooking and heart of gold, and was deeply involved in his church community. Russell was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, and was especially cherished as "Gramps" by his grandchildren.
