On May 3, 2022, 19-year-old Jaden Defee was found deceased in Porter, Texas, with an apparent gunshot wound under his left eye. Initially reported as a suicide, the investigation took a turn when detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Homicide/Violent Crimes Unit determined that Jaden's friend, Frank Holland, was responsible for the shooting.
