In the late hours of a Monday night in St. Louis, Missouri, a young man's life was cut short by a sudden burst of violence. On March 23, 2015, 27-year-old Ned Brooks was discovered inside his vehicle, which was stopped and still running at an intersection in the 4000 block of Goodfellow Boulevard in the northern part of the city.
