John Wesley Wofford, a 37-year-old man from Porter, Texas, tragically died on April 24, 2017, from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was found at a home in the 17000 block of Porter Lane in Porter, Texas. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m., when deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were called to the scene.
