William Aragon, a 34-year-old man from Porter, Texas, was tragically found dead in his bed on June 25, 2014. He had multiple gunshot wounds, and it was determined that he had been involved in a fight at his home earlier that morning with Kappy Joe. Detectives obtained murder warrants for Kappy Joe and Derica Shipley, who was also present at the time of the shooting. Both were arrested later that day.
