On May 17, 2014, James Forentino Madden, a 41-year-old Black/African American male, passed away. Born on August 20, 1972, he was a graduate of the Muscle Shoals High School class of 1990. His death occurred in the Muscle Shoals, Alabama area, where he had familial ties.
