Chester DeLon Kelley, a 34-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was killed on October 22, 2011. His death was classified as a homicide and occurred within the Kansas City metropolitan area. Following the incident, funeral services were arranged and held at the Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors Chapel in early November 2011, with burial taking place at Brooking Cemetery.
