Raymond Keith "Ray" Jacoby, a 56-year-old man of Caucasian ethnicity, was found dead on March 31, 2011, at the front gate of the Mexia Recycling Plant, which he owned and operated in Mexia, Texas. Mary Jacoby was arrested in South Texas and remained in Limestone County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
