Kelly Lee Hazlip, a 28-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Channelview, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 13, 1997. His death was part of a horrific incident that took place at the apartment of his ex-wife, Gloria Jean Coons. The incident involved a shooting rampage carried out by Coy Wayne Wesbrook, who was Hazlip's ex-wife's former husband.
