In the early evening of May 8, 2025, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in the 800 block of East 22nd Street in Wilmington, Delaware. When police arrived at approximately 6:44 p.m., they discovered a chaotic scene with three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Among the victims was 21-year-old Jah'Mir Johnson. Critically injured, he was rushed to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
