On the evening of March 5, 2025, a young man’s life was cut short in Albany, Georgia. Justin C. Moore, a 22-year-old male, was traveling as a passenger in a vehicle along Radium Springs Road when the car was riddled with bullets from an unknown source. Despite suffering from grave injuries, including a gunshot wound to his leg and injuries to his face, Moore managed to make a desperate call to the police for help.
