In the early morning hours of October 24, 2009, the life of 18-year-old Marcus Watts, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in Omaha, Nebraska. Just after 3 a.m., police responded to a call and found Watts next to a car near the intersection of North 28th Street and Kansas Avenue. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
