In the late afternoon of March 15, 2025, the life of Anthony Perry Mosley, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. At approximately 4:51 p.m., the sound of gunfire prompted a ShotSpotter alert in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood, directing Western District patrol officers to the 1400 block of School Street. As they canvased the area, they discovered the young man in the nearby 1500 block of North Stricker Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
