In the afternoon hours of February 2, 2025, a dispute in the 2500 block of East Biddle Street in Baltimore, Maryland, escalated to a fatal conclusion. Troy Kavanaugh, a 37-year-old Black male, was shot and killed. At approximately 3:15 p.m., police responded to shot-spotter alerts in the area.
