On the evening of April 10, 2025, in Portsmouth, Virginia, 38-year-old Quinton Eugene Elliott, a male resident of the city, was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 6:37 p.m. in the 600 block of Dunedin Road. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Elliott suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
