Angelyn Melinda Nino-Herrera, a 17-year-old female, tragically lost her life in a drive-by shooting at Trinity Overlook Park in West Dallas on March 23, 2025. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:20 a.m., when Dallas Police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered Nino-Herrera suffering from a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
