On a Sunday morning in Mobile, Alabama, the life of 25-year-old Frederick Buchanan was tragically cut short. The young Black man was found with a fatal gunshot wound outside a residence in the Quail Run East subdivision on August 24, 2025. Mobile Police Department officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:00 a.m. and pronounced him dead.
