In the early morning hours of September 13, 2025, the life of Kenneth Spaulding, a 34-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. He was discovered inside a residence on the 3300 block of Spaulding Avenue in the Central Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.
