In the early morning hours of August 26, 2025, the life of 38-year-old Braxton Scott was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:06 a.m. and discovered Scott lying in the middle of Marque Ann Drive, near Florida Boulevard, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was a native and resident of Baton Rouge.
Emergency services transported Scott to a nearby hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival
