In the early hours of August 9, 2025, the life of 38-year-old Birane Gaye was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male, Gaye was discovered in the 2500 block of West Franklin Street at approximately 1:07 a.m. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
