Kayla Williams, a 30-year-old Black woman, was shot late on the night of July 22, 2025, in Baltimore’s Edmondson Village area. Officers were called around 11:26 p.m. to the 1100 block of Mount Holly Street, where medics pronounced her dead at the scene.
