In the early morning hours of May 22, 2025, the life of 26-year-old Kevin Jackson was cut short in a fatal shooting at the Avalon Apartments on Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Responding to the incident at approximately 5:35 a.m., Baton Rouge Police officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds.
