In the early morning hours of February 1, 2026, a dispute between occupants of two vehicles on the north side of Indianapolis escalated into a fatal shooting. The incident, which took place in the 6200 block of Meridian Street West Drive, resulted in the death of 37-year-old Robert Michael Bolden III. Another individual was also injured during the altercation.
