On the late evening of February 12, 2026, tragedy struck in a residential neighborhood in Norfolk, Virginia, claiming the life of 22-year-old Anthony J. Castro. Just before 11:30 p.m., police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Picadilly Street after receiving a report of a man who had been shot.
