Rayshawn M. Norman-Davis, an 18-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2022. The incident occurred in the Huntersville area of Norfolk. According to reports, Norfolk Police received a call around 6:35 p.m. regarding a gunshot disturbance in the 800 block of B Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Rayshawn suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
