Kamonte Dwayne Frazier, a 20-year-old man, was fatally shot late on the night of March 27, 2026, in Rockville, Maryland, in a case that left more questions than answers. According to Montgomery County police, officers and fire rescue crews were sent at about 10:20 p.m. to the 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway after a reported shooting.
