Christopher Conners, a 43-year-old male from the Lafayette Parish area, died on Monday night, April 6, 2026, after a shooting inside a residence in south Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. Authorities said deputies were called around 10:30 p.m. to the 100 block of Loranger Drive, in the area off Palermo Boulevard west of Broussard, after a report of gunfire. When deputies entered the home, they found Conners fatally shot inside.
