On the evening of March 28, 2026, in an apartment complex on the northeast side of Indianapolis, 15-year-old TreVon Riggins was found shot near a playground. The incident was reported to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department at approximately 7:15 p.m. in the 3900 block of Rue Rebelais.
