Davontay Williams, a 32-year-old man, died on June 9, 2026, after a shooting in Covina, California. What began as a child custody exchange in a public parking lot turned deadly outside the Home Depot at 963 W. Badillo Street, where two couples had gathered to complete the exchange. During the meeting, an argument broke out between two men, and the confrontation escalated within moments.
