In the summer of 2026, the life of 65-year-old Kelvin Andre Topps was tragically cut short in a late-night shooting in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On July 14th, just before midnight, police were called to a chaotic scene that spanned two locations. They discovered Topps on Hillside Avenue, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. A block away, on St. Joseph Boulevard, they found 74-year-old Bobby Underwood, who had also sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Topps was pronounced dead ...
