On a Sunday afternoon in Wilmington, Delaware, the life of 19-year-old Ryshine Holloman was cut short by gun violence. On September 13, 2026, Holloman was fatally shot in the 200 block of West 34th Street, a tragedy that added to a concerning increase in shootings in the city.
