In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 14, 2016, the life of Jonathan Arroyo, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically cut short on a Philadelphia street. At approximately 12:41 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Adams Avenue where they discovered Mr. Arroyo lying in the street.
