On a summer evening in Philadelphia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Najee Harris, a 22-year-old Black male, was discovered on Thursday, July 21, 2016, inside his 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. The vehicle had come to a stop on the 2200 block of North Wanamaker Street after striking a parked car. Harris was in the driver's seat, suffering from a gunshot wound.
