Jamil Parker, a 33-year-old Philadelphia resident, was murdered on November 11, 2015. Around 3:00 p.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to the 700 block of Luzerne Street, where they found Jamil lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. He was quickly transported to Temple University Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries that evening. Parker lived on the 3900 block of North Percy Street in Philadelphia.
