In the early morning hours of a December day in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 16-year-old James Looney was tragically cut short. James, a male student at Parker High School, was shot and killed on December 2, 2019. The incident that claimed his life also left a 15-year-old girl, reported to be his girlfriend, critically injured with multiple gunshot wounds.
