On September 3, 2022, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 4200 block of Inglenook Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Justin Taylor and 32-year-old Rodriquez Powell unresponsive inside a vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
