On a late December afternoon in 2023, the life of Jordan Tyler Johnson, a 22-year-old Black male from Adamsville, Alabama, was tragically cut short. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 28th, in the 1500 block of Griffin Drive in Midfield. Johnson was seated in a vehicle when another vehicle reportedly pulled alongside and unleashed a fatal barrage of gunfire in what authorities have described as a targeted drive-by shooting.
