In the early morning hours of Saturday, December 30, 2023, tragedy struck in the Toulminville community of Mobile, Alabama. Responding to a call of a shooting at approximately 4:13 a.m., Mobile Police officers arrived at the 2000 block of DeKruif Court to a grim scene.
