On a tragic Friday morning, April 1, 2022, the life of 22-year-old Destiny Reynolds, a Black/African American female, was cut short in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident unfolded before 7 a.m. in the 3500 block of McGehee Place Drive South, where law enforcement and fire medics responded to a report of a person shot. Upon their arrival, they discovered Reynolds, who was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.
