In the early afternoon of Wednesday, December 8, 2021, the sound of gunfire shattered the calm on the 1300 block of Pecan Street in Mobile, Alabama. When police officers arrived at approximately 1:07 p.m., they discovered the body of 38-year-old Thaddeus Lee Williams.
